Weekly Workout:

- This week is not the week I’m really proud. I miss workout, I didn’t run as much. This week I walked more in the morning with mom, and I couldn’t run as much because my knee is been bothering me.

Sun: 2 miles @ 20:53 min. run and 2 miles@ 28:00 min. walk

Mon:  30 days SHRED

Tue: —-

Wed: 1.22 miles @22:24 walk w/mom; 1.63 miles run

Thur: 1.94 miles of walking/hiking w/mom 

Fri: 2.25 miles of walk w/mom, 1 mile run, 2 miles walk

Sat: 1 mile combo.

Total: 9.41 miles of walk, 1 mile of combo, 4.63 run

365 Run Challenge: 4.63/ 365 miles.

I was suppose to run my 2 miles at night. Took a nap and woke up feeling crap. Runny nose and just tired. i think i just need a rest. It feels weird not running!!
